Clinical Manager

So much time, so little to do….Oh, wait….scratch that! So much to do, and so little time!

My client, a very progressive community Healthcare System, is located in an absolutely stunning scenic location in the Pacific Northwest, and they have asked me to find them a new Clinical Manager to oversee two of their outpatient clinics.

As Clinical Manager, you will oversee a couple of really cohesive teams, and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of outpatient or medical facilities. You will provide administrative support and oversee the hiring and training of staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals, and coordinate patient care plans.

The art scene is amazing, and there are just too many outdoor adventures to name, throughout all four seasons! It’s a great place to live and raise a family, and close enough to enjoy bigger cities’ amenities.

­Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2+ years, with similar responsibilities, in a progressive role
• Proven ability to motivate teams and have fun!
